Accounts & Billing#

Your profile, plan, and billing live on one page. The terminal works without an account, so you can dive in first and sign up when you want to save your work.

Open it from the user menu, or go straight to your account.

Your account#

The account page is split into tabs.

Profile#

Set a username (3 to 20 characters, using lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores), a short bio, and a website. You can upload an avatar (JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 2 MB). Your join date and current plan show here too.

Security#

Three things to lock down, shown as a checklist (password, two-factor, email):

  • Password. At least 8 characters with one uppercase letter and one number. If you signed up with Google or a wallet, you can set a password to add email sign-in. Changing your password signs out your other devices.
  • Two-factor authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code, then save your 10 recovery codes somewhere safe. A recovery code gets you back in if you lose your authenticator. You can regenerate the codes anytime by confirming your password, which replaces the old set. Google and wallet-only accounts cannot regenerate them yet.
  • Email. Add or change your email, then confirm the link sent to the new address. Wallet accounts can add an email for receipts and recovery.

Any wallets connected to your account are listed here as well.

Sessions#

See your current session (sign-in method, browser, and operating system), and sign out every other device with one click. Your current session stays active.

Plans & pricing#

Every tier gets the full terminal: all widgets, all 12 exchange feeds, every indicator, and the drawing tools. The one thing that changes between tiers is how far back your historical data goes.

Pro is for traders who want deep historical data for backtesting and longer-range analysis. Everything else is the same on every tier.

At $279/yr, Pro works out to about $23/mo, a 20% saving over paying monthly.

Managing your subscription#

Open Account → Billing → Subscription to upgrade or manage your plan.

  • Upgrade to Pro. Click Upgrade to Pro to open Stripe Checkout and pay securely.
  • Manage billing. Once you are on a paid plan, a Manage billing button opens the Stripe customer portal. From there you update your card, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel. A cancellation runs to the end of your paid period, so you keep Pro until then.

Signed in with a wallet and no email yet? Add one first. Stripe needs an email address for receipts, and the page links you to the right place.

AI credits#

TracerAI runs on a prepaid credit wallet. Add funds in packs of $5, $10, $25, $50, or $100, with the $25 pack giving the best value. A top-up is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Your balance and recent activity show under Account → Billing → AI credits. See TracerAI for what credits buy.

Deleting your account#

Under Account → Security, the danger zone has Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, terminal layouts, and settings. How you confirm depends on how you sign in:

  • Email and password: type your email, then enter your password.
  • Google: type your email, then re-confirm with Google.
  • Wallet: type your wallet address, then re-sign with your wallet.
